The DNC must heed the Unity Reform Commission report

The reform of the Democratic party depends on it following the recommendations of its Unity Reform Commission, which you can read here.

Among the most important proposed URC reforms are:

  • Reducing the number of unpledged superdelegates by 60 percent;
  • Democratizing primaries and caucuses with same-day registration and same-day party switching;
  • Steps toward more transparency and oversight in DNC spending.

These recommendations are supported by Our Revolution, the National Nurses United, Democracy for America, Progressive Democrats of America, RootsAction, and Demand Progress—along with DNC Chair Tom Perez and Deputy Chair Keith Ellison.

Add your name to urge the DNC members to affirm their support for the URC recommendations and join millions around the country who want real reform in the Democratic Party.
